Redesign & Stationery
Long before I started, the logomark for “sq-m2” was often referred to as “square-metre-squared” as that is how it reads! Shortly thereafter, I freshened up the logo to move in to the direction of a full rebrand, dropping the misunderstood and “sq-m2” from the brand entirely.
Borne of frustration and bad design, a bold new logo was created and can be seen across London from a great distance.
After I rebranded the company, I designed these square business cards in 350gsm duplexed GF Smith Colorplan in Citrine smooth, with foil print matched in square metre blue with compliment slips to match in 130gsm Colorplan. The letterhead was underprinted in Pantone 116, then foiled to match the rest of the suite. The letterhead is printed on 160gsm Naturalis Matt Absolute White.
Foiling on dense paper textures like Colorplan created beautiful debossing & embossing to the logomark. I could not be happier with how this stationery turned out.
