I left the show to start Wiggly World in 2019.
Black Impulse has existed since the radio station started in 2011, being purveyors in the worlds of psychedelia, progressive rock, New Weird Britain, noise, jazz and avant weirdos. Show flyers reflect a number of topics from space, mind-expansion, esotericism/occultism and psychedelic culture as a whole.
While I was hosting and directing the show, it had been written about in Factmag, MixMag, The Quietus, Crack Magazine, Cool Hunting, It’s Nice That, Time Out among others.
